Mocha Moms is a support group for mothers of color who have chosen not
to work full-time outside of the home in order to devote more time to their families. The Durham, NC chapter was chartered
in December 2002 and held its first information session in January 2003. As we continue to grow, we will be able
to support and empower more moms and strengthen our voice in the community. Please join us. Anyone who supports
the mission of Mocha Moms is welcome to join.

president (durhammochamoms@googlegroups.com) to schedule your visit. Visiting during one of our activities will give you the opportunity to meet our members, ask
questions, and determine whether or not we meet your needs.
We invite you to be our guest at an event or activity. Prospective
members are free to attend two activities before being asked to make a membership decision. Our members are more than happy
to answer any questions you may have about the chapter and how you can join.
